These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of https://usa-assaf.com, operated by VANT DISTRIBUTION INC under the Assaf name ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these terms together with our Refund, Shipping, and Privacy Policies before placing an order.

Eligibility and website use

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's identity or payment details, introduce harmful code, interfere with the website, or engage in fraudulent transactions.

If account features are available, protect your credentials, keep your contact details current, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. These responsibilities do not make you automatically liable for every unauthorized activity or remove rights available by law.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt and does not itself constitute acceptance. We accept the order when we send shipment confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. Any payment collected before acceptance will be refunded if we do not accept the order.

We may decline or cancel an order we cannot fulfill because of unavailable stock, a material listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. We will notify you and refund amounts paid for cancelled items, including applicable taxes and charges. We will not substitute a product or charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. Applicable discounts, taxes, and shipping charges are shown in the total before payment. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.

You authorize only the total you agree to at checkout. If an order is shipped or charged in parts, the combined captured charges will not exceed that authorized total unless you expressly approve an additional purchase or charge. A temporary authorization and a completed charge may appear separately while a payment provider updates its records.

Payment providers process the information needed to complete payment. Our Privacy Policy describes related information handling. Keep your order confirmation and payment records for reference.

Delivery, cancellations, and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains permitted destinations, shipping charges, timing, tracking, and non-delivery support. We do not ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Our Refund Policy explains the issue-only return approach, claims, remedies, and refund processing.

We do not accept ordinary change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not exclude mandatory rights for defects, incorrect goods, shipping delays, or other circumstances covered by law. Processing an order does not remove legally required shipping-delay cancellation rights.

Intellectual property

Website text, images, designs, logos, and other content belong to us or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal shopping and other uses permitted by law. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

Nothing in these terms claims ownership of a brand or third-party material beyond the rights actually held by us or the applicable rights holder.

Reviews and submissions

Where review or submission features are available, submit content you have the right to share and avoid unlawful content or another person's confidential information. You retain ownership of your submissions and grant us a nonexclusive permission to display, reproduce, and format them as reasonably needed to operate the relevant website feature.

We may remove unlawful, fraudulent, unrelated, or abusive submissions, but we do not prohibit honest reviews or penalize customers for lawful negative opinions. These terms do not require you to transfer ownership of a review to us or waive rights protecting consumer reviews.

Privacy and third parties

Our Privacy Policy explains information collection, disclosures, and choices, including applicable advertising and tracking practices. Third-party websites, payment services, and other providers may have their own terms and notices. Those terms do not remove our responsibilities for your purchase or for our own information handling.

Product rights and liability

Products remain subject to any express promises made for the purchase and all warranties, remedies, and protections required by applicable law. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights concerning defective or unsafe products.

No provision of these terms limits a consumer's right to seek a remedy, contact a regulator, or use any legally available dispute process. Any limitation permitted by law must be read consistently with these protections.

Legal compliance

We do not process transactions or supply products where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions. We may request information reasonably necessary to meet lawful transaction requirements.

Governing law and disputes

Applicable U.S. federal and state law governs these terms and your purchase, including mandatory consumer protections. Disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These terms do not impose an exclusive court location or require you to give up a court or remedy available under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

Changes apply to orders placed after the updated version takes effect, unless applicable law requires otherwise. A later version will not remove rights relating to an existing purchase. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
